That will get a whole lot easier soon, thanks to an ambitious increase in production that the company has announced. The production of the 2007 Audi TT Coupe began in June at the company's Hungarian assembly plant. To boost the production, the company will increase the workforce from the current modest level of 220 up to 800. The four-fold increase in workers will allow Audi to increase the production of the vehicles from 20,000 to 50,000 next year. It seems obvious, but clearly this move is indicative of both very strong sales of earlier versions of the vehicle, and a strong reception to the design changes that have made the car a little sleeker and a little nicer.
