![]() | Re: Is this the new Audi TT Sport?? lool Don't be silly That's just a TT which is owned by somebody at Audi AG. It has NOTHING to do with the new TT RS. I've already seen these pictures somewhere but I can't remember where...Something that's more possible to be TT-RS: ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Gulf Racing TT. We were in Ingolstadt recently for a visit, and noticed a familiar looking car parked by Audi's A50 executive building. Light blue and orange is a pretty uncommon combination not on a racetrack, so we knew right away this was the Mk2 TT Coupe owned by Audi AG's board member in charge of development Michael Dick. We'd seen pictures, but wanted to get a closer look first-hand. Since last some photos were run on this blog, the TT seems to have gotten a few upgrades. Note the 20-inch alloy wheels, and (like the clubsport quattro) the prototype carbon ceramic brakes, although sans orange paint or "Audi Ceramic" logos. Michael Dick is an enthusiast in the purest sense, has both a first generation and second-generation TT in the famous "Gulf" livery, and is basically the father of the clubsport quattro that debuted this week in Essen. If you'd like to see more photos of the TT go here... - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER# Today, we also ran an interview with Michael, asking him all about his job, test mules, Audi at SEMA, and more. Read it here... - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER Source: Fourtitude |

Actually now that I've learned more on this particular car, I'm more than positive that Quattro had a hand in the development of this particular vehicle since they take care of all the customization possibilities with Audi products. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Is this the new Audi TT Sport?? Would you like to define technical development? I don't think they work on special interiors, they work on mechanical elements such as suspension and engine design, etc. I doubt technical development has anything to do with special wheel designs, body kits, paint schemes, custom interiors, and so on. Last I read Quattro Gmbh handles all specialized aesthetic content, and in some cases, then some. |
