Paris 2006: Facelifted Volkswagen Touareg - Page 2

I was expecting this since there were already pictures posted of disguised Touaregs in this forum a few months ago. I think it's timely too - it doesn't feel really early.

That said, I think the Touareg is a fine looking car from the start and the facelift does a little improvement - but then again it lacks a certain dynamism in its lines that makes it look quite dull.

I'm more interested in the improvements to the interior, if any...

Imo, the interior is the best part of T-Reg and it doesn't need any changes except a little bit of "make up"... The exterior on the other side becamed boring and dated and this facelift does help... A bit...

First of all Touareg is on the market since 2003:

So it's older than X3 for example which was facelifted recently.

True... that kinda puts it into perspective.

But I'm more surprised by the fact that nobody was talking about it, no spy pics... and all of a sudden it shows up in Paris.

We had seen spy pics before. Maybe you didn't notice them.
