You bring up some fair points. After more consideration, I think kids should learn about birds and bees even earlier.
If I use myself as a reference here... I learned about it very late, and from friends. I had always thought that once you got married, you automatically got kids. So some friends taught me and I encoutnered an entirely new world that was super exciting, that most of the people around me barely thought about anymore. Caused for some embarrassing moments. Better to learn it early and properly from your parents and then lose interest in it until it's your time.

Same goes for drinking, itäs better that your parents teach you than you get hold of some stuff you can't handle and everything goes to crap, which is very common.

Does it matter really it doesn't stop them anyway.
- Drinking, buying alcohol/tobacco
once again its doesn't stop them, and its soo easy to get someone to go into a shop and buy them for you.
- Drive
Ahh around 18 - 20, just today i was Nealy run over by a group of racers, i wasn't too pleased.
