outrage, should be stopped, hope company goes bankrupt.

The titanic is a grave, it is not to be touched, especially not to make bloody watches at insane prices.

And I'm the biggest kapitalist pig you'll find on this board, to show you how seriously against I am.

Like Rik, this also outrages me. Competely inappropriate and this should be stopped.

Mind you, this is far from the first time things of that nature have been done, in fact it's happened with the Titanic more than a few times.

I remember when I lived in Seattle there was a traveling exhibit which was carrying peices of the Titanic around the world. Honestly, I visited the exhibit because I was interested in it - but in the gift shop they were selling peices of the ship. In particular, peices of wood.

Garbage.

Re: Pieces of Titanic transformed into luxury watches

Lame.

There's lots of "Stunt Craftsmanship" eminating from the world of fine Swiss watches these days. It's a really dumb game of one-upmanship, with boutique brands seeking out the next level of unobtanium in an effort to grab headlines.

There's something almost... grave robber about taking a tragic piece of histry and fashioning it into something so trite as a luxury wristwatch.

I also agree. This should be stopped. What happened to the people on Titanic was tragic and I'm sorry but no company should be allowed to make profit off of something as such.

Maybe the watches will be haunted. Now wouldn't that be something.
