![]() | Re: Slr 722 At first I read the title of the GCF Article, and first thing that jumped to mind was: "Surely, "722" stands for 722 horses. For those ten seconds I savored that notion before I actually started reading the article, anticipating that I would inevitably see the slightly more "mortal" specs. I like the interior a lot. By the way, are those CF inserts in the steering wheel, or just some alcantera padding? As far as Exterior, I'd much rather retain the standard look. I do not care much for the wheels as well, although if this version has wider rear tires, I'd welcome that. THe standard model lacks adequate footprint, and thus the traction to go with the power. |

That's the best part with the SLR The engine is now also a good compeditor to the LP640 Murcielago, and the Zonda F, but my vote goes to both the LP640 ( I LOVE ) and The Zonda F Roadster (SUPER'ROADSTER'CAR OF THE YEAR!) |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Slr 722 The modest power upgrade is useless for your average SLR owner (it's fast enough already), but it is a necessity from a marketing point of view. The interior looks much better than the standard SLR interior, and those shifting paddles are a MUST for a car of this caliber (instead of the standard shifting buttons of the standard car). Externally, I really like the blacked out headlight housings....makes the car look far meaner and more aggressive than the standard model. |
