People were debating about the existence of the SL73 over on Mbworld.org a while ago. I have seen 3 photos of a silver SL73 on the net, but that was it, i don't know anything about it.

Thanks for the scans. I must say, what a car, and what a lucky owner.

Way to go Christian, now you've got trying to find the perfect R129 SL500 on the net, again...lol! This 1999 is in my area, almost good to be true.

I'm shocked at how affordable they've become, even the last year of production (2002 model year for the U.S. market) have become quite tempting.

I agree. This is one lucky SOB!

BTW, found the issue with the W100 and some other issues with the W100 and M100 engines. Scanning them ASAP.

BTW, no need for me to find one, my dad has a 1989 500SL.

Here she is. He got those 17" AMG Aero-5 rims for a cheap price at a used car sale in Munich.
