| Re: EVO - Audi R8 The pictures they have of the R8 in EVO are really impressive. Audi has really made a very, very high-quality interior.  I didn't know the R8 was delimited until I saw the article. They let it slip with the German's gentleman agreement? This article is unfortunately not a road test, it's their impressions of the car. And basically they made a comparison with the Carrera 4S, which they said will be a judgment to close to call until they have a road test on both of them. One interesting thing to note is that Audi says cooling is the only issue to overcome when fitting the new V12 TDI into the R8. Plus, they are exploring the possibility of making a lightweight RWD R8 to enter GT racing. Oh and in the R8, traction control and ESP can be totally switched off! |
