This just shows how much i don't care for R, since this is the very 1st time i hear this car ain't RWD!!!

Just AWD, no FWD R-Classes.

I'm surprised you guys didn't know that R-Class is AWD. I mean, it is based on the ML-chassis and it also shares many other things with it, including the interior styling.

I don't see how RWD will help push sales. If anything, for the price you pay for this car, AWD is an added benefit. I doubt a purist / RWD freak will even consider the R-Class even if it were offered with RWD. Weird.
