Re: Audi Q7 gets a new 3.6 lt engine for US?

The XC90 is an excellent car. I actually have driven one for a short while. It's more comfortable than X5 but the BMW has better body control in cornering.
Q7 is very expensive unless you go for the 3.0 TDi model.

we are more interested in comfort that for driving experience. I'm sure both cars handle great!
As far as fuel is conserned, i'm sure dad won't go for a diesel, for many reasons. On the other hand he doesn't want to spend a fortune on a car. That's why i see the XC90 as his new car!

im sorry Yannis but I have to dissagree. a fully loaded 4.2 L Q7 is less than a fully loaded 4.8is or ML500.

thanks. As for the ML, my father was not surprised by the desing, even though it's a good looking car. And he doesn't like MBs. In HIS opinion, an MB is very shouty for his status. I hope you understand what i'm saying.

About the Touareg, it's a nice car, but it's all about personal taste!

Yannis, you haven't answered me, would the new 3.6L V6 replace the VR6 3.2 in the Phaeton?

I haven't answered cause i don't know really! Phaeton can also take under the hood the new 3.2 lt V6 FSI already used in A4, A6 and A8.

Yes i know but i meant that Q7 doesn't have a cheaper base version like the ML350 or the X5 3.0i.
