I agree, the rear is definitely the weak spot of the car, but I'm beginning to accept it. It's really a pretty nice car to look at actually. The rear might look like an Avant or an MPV but it's not too bad, dull yes but not ugly. BUt you do need bigger rims and smaller mirrors

P.S. All that plastic does not work. If people complained that the X3 had too much plastic, this is the same as well.

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

As I have said before the car need to seriously large rims in order to look proportionate. The rear isn't that bad when the car is black but in silver Q7 is a disaster.

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

Yes in those pics the back doesnt really look good. I also used to think the rear was the weak point of this Audi, but i`ve seen a Ad or was it a program abt the Q7 and i really have changed my look to the whole car including the rear it was amazing and it was silver lol i say wait until u see it IRL.

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

I can't see anything wrong with the Q7 really. Even this one which has small rims is very nice or at least better than Touareg , Cayenne and M class.

Do you think that the proportions are perfect, what about the rear do you think it's flawless?

It's a nice car I think... it starts off awesome in the beginning and totally dies off at the end. I don't think it's an ugly car, even with the small rims, but it could have potentially been so much better than this.

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

At first I really really liked this car, but w/ time I've noticed the excessive girlls, and now the bloated body...

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

Too many grills in the front and horizontal bars, seems too busy to me, and in the profile the car looks too long between the wheels I think, and the rear is just dull. Don't know, I don't think the design flows very well.

Re: Audi Q7: some nice real life pics

It has that streched vertically challenged look that the Cayenne suffers from. Doesn't make me think an SUV at all.

This car is a typical Audi so there are essentially no objective flaws in the design but i have to admit that Pikes Peak was better in the rear:
