If i remember correctly Mercedes was quite low for a time, glad to see it now ranking higher.

Also interesting to note that Lexus is dropping. They were #1 for years. It's not a significant drop, but a drop nonetheless.

Not only Toyota. Notice that there is only 1 Japanese brand in the top 10 (Lexus).

The Japanese are tops when it comes to reliability, but in customer care and satisfaction, they're apparently not doing well. Have they become...um...arrogant because their cars are "so reliable"?

I think i can explain Scion's terrible position. It was long ago Toyota announced that the Scion brand had done much better than they expected, in fact so well that selling them out of Toyota dealers doesn't work anymore. Toyota now wants to sell them from official dealers. That could defientley explain Scion's terrible position, the lack of proper dealers and the ever increasing demand.
