Lexus is dropping because they're selling more and more cars and that legendary lavish treatment they give each customer is being stretched. Lincoln and especially Jaguar sell so few cars compared to the BMW/MB/Lexus/Cadillac to the point where they can make sure everyone is oh-so happy. Esepcially Jaguar dealers, they're in dire straights right now. Toyota's dealer have been horrible places to buy car from for year, don't confuse reliability with good dealer service. Toyota salesmen are just as slithery as any other low-end brand. M |

This is a JD Power survey , even if Audi was first i wouldn't consider it to have much credit. On the other hand Jaguar is struggling in sales and image lately but yet they are supposed to have the best dealers, so what? I 'm sure they would gladly drop 10 places in return for better sale numbers. ![]() |
