Clear wheels (rims)

OK... so this was showcased this year @ SEMA!

I’d like to see if you folks like it or not ?!

Wow, those are pretty strange. I can't say i dislike them but prefer a real set of spoke or disc alloys anyday.

The brake dust is going to make them very very dirty!

Those will look like hell if you don't clean them at least twice a day... one vote for stupid.

Voted whatever because did not think they look stupid but not cool either. At least they are better than the rims that revolve at speeds different to the cars speed. Those make me dizzy.

As inovative as this is...I'm still into normal rims. Plus like Zonda said...the brake dust will be horrible. They will probably turn to pure black if not cleaned.

hmm so how does this work..
on a normal rimm you can clean on the outside and get it cleaned pretty well..
but this??
you have to take the glass off and clean it from the inside..and then put it back..
could be pretty easy compared to some rimms with many spokes..
otherwise its a cool idea..but you need big brakes

hmmm very interesting. Would be cool on a show car but a everyday car it would just be too much work for me. Like the Artist said you need some nice brakes to pull this off
