I do. And I would also choose a Phaeton over an A/S8. It's beautiful as few and a fantasticly good car and there is just something special about it. I'd take an S-Class over it any day though.

Well, I think JC truly admires carmakers who go "crazy" and create a one-off product that probably would never have come about, without the authority of some nutcrack.

The Phaeton, under Ferdinand Piech, was an insane idea that really polarised a lot of opinions from investors, economists and sensible people. And that insanity is probably what makes the Phaeton so special and so different from the S, A8 or 7... Just like how the Bugatti Veyron is arguably the most extreme creation in the world... That's why it's on his list.
