contact bmw and vw

is there any email by which we can contact bmw ag, and vw ag? i am inetrested in requesting official info about both turbo and twincharger for a research project
on their respective sites, they either provide mailing addresses (VW of america) and a post a comment (bmw international)

isn't there any "contact us" email in their (local) sites? I know volvo has one...
