Summer Convertible BATTLE (SL vs 6 series vs 911)! - Page 3

I'll take the XLR, the V model if possible. I like the exterior design best out of all of the cars; SL has been around for YEARS and I've seen far too many SL500s, the 6er is nice, until you get to the front, why did Bangle decide it'd be cute and fun to chrome just the top 5th of the kidney grill? The Jag flies under people's radar, and the Lexus looks like an oversized jellybean with blingbling rims. If I want to get noticed in a convertible, and that's what a convertible is all about, gimme a Caddy. Even if I don't get the amazing mesh grill that comes with the base model, be sure I'll get one.

I think it looks really pretty, but putting an SL in this poll didn't give it a chance.

Yes, the SL65 does look great in black as do all Benz models.

The SL does the best job out of the 6 here. Timeless design, state of the art interior, comfortable, relaxed and luxurious with plenty of power from the V8/V12 to toss around.

The changes on the 2008 BMW 6 series are small, but it still looks good.
