my choices

1) RR Drophead Coupe.
2) Pagini Zonda Roadster F
3) Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster:
4) SL55 AMG with performance package
5) Aston Martin V8 Roadster
6) SLK 55 AMG
Correct. When most people say "driving experience" they're talking about acceleration, braking, shifting, cornering balance and what not, but an "experience" can be whatever you want it to be. Convertibles for me provide an experience no sedan or closed vehicle of any kind can provide, the feeling of being free. There is absolutely nothing short of driving an exotic that compares (for me) to the sheer thrill of driving a convertible top-down on a hot summer night. It is something that everyone should experience right along with that 911 GT3 on a track or twisty road. Just a different kind of experience thats all. Something like your 3rd choice would likely send me to the moon on that perfect summer evening at dusk or at full darkness. There there is the sound of one of these machines going through a tunnel with the top down. Priceless. Convertibles by nature and engineering constraits are just a tad bit more liesurely compared to the coupe counterparts.

Here in the U.S. cars like the 911 Cabrio, XK Convertible etc. outsell their coupe counterparts year in and year out. Ditto for the CLK. Not sure about the 3-Series cabrio.
