Levels, Curves, Colour Balance, Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation, cropping, or anything else capable in the development process or with filters and common special lenses are allowed to use in Photoshop or other image editing softwares. Other adjustments and effects are not allowed to use in your picture. Therefore, the picture is not legitimate.

It is nothing against Mike...I praised his other photograph earlier but this is not acceptable. Whether it is a function in Photoshop, which it clearly is, or in the camera, which is a possibility, it should not be legitimately considered because I was under the assumption that the photos here had to be a one photo deal with color correction, sharpening and the basic, but no introduction of secondary images or mixtures of images in order to facilitate the photography with an out of the ordinary art piece.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Automotive Photo Comp #7 The only Photoshop work done on my image is cropping, adjustment of levels and contrast, plus rotating the image 180 degrees - well within the rules I'd think. However, the picture is of the reflection of the car in a puddle of water. Here's a pic that shows the principle: ![]() If you find that my picture is not admissible in this contest for its subject matter, that's fine by me, but a product of Photoshop it is not. |

I agree with MikeJ here, everything he did was within the rules, it's much easier to see that when you see the original. Quote:
