Nothing personal! It's happened to many before you; last week it happened to DaSilva.
The rules (in the first post of the entry thread) clearly suggest you're picture must be 1024x768 at the most..
I personally (and Jeff as far as I'm aware) wait until the photo entry has closed until we check whether a picture meets size requirements; trouble is, neither of us have the time to invidually check each and every picture when their first entered. I had no possible way of telling you're photo was too large unless I had gone each and every picture and as I said above, that does not happen until the the entry competition closes.
Furthermore, I had naturally assumed that when you entered the photo that you had seen our rule of size restriction and had tailored the photo's size to meet our rules.
As for MusDaLooSe, I didn't so let him submit info after entry, as ask for something which was mandatory.
In any event, I am sorry that I was unable to enter you're lovely photo. I do hope that you enter the photo in next's week competition though.
