Getting a boot!

So I just bought this new boot/trunk lid off some guy in Germany. What would you do to it to improve the look and functionality of a Phaeton. I'll keep the original one stock and store it in my garage.

How it looks now.

The new lid...

Give me some ideas!

^wow it looks very audi ish..
similar to the previous A8..

its really uniqe..but i cant say i love it..
original for me.. hands down

Paldi, you didn't like the stock boot? I think it looks brilliant.

I like the stock boot best. It's difficult to recreate the emblem (it's so solidly built, plus the push-button for opening the boot is way too cool) and with your new boot I don't see a congruency with the tailights IMO. However if you're looking for suggestions, I'd say extend the tailights into the boot, but in a different fashion. Or, you could always keep the stock boot the way it is, where it looks best.

I dunno Paldi, for sure it is original but it is a step backwards. It looks like a Holden Stateman (caprice)

I agree completely, just a bare smooth boot (butt?) is out. That photoshop is just a starting point to hang things on. But I don't know what. A lip spoiler maybe. I like round tail lights but don't want to mod the fenders. These are just photos found on the internet.

I like this design but with a VW badge. I just copied on a Veyron rear end.

I bought two of them - from two different ebay sellers, and neither one arrived. Both apparently lost in shipping! I give up!
