I tend to consume a great deal of my company product, "Campbells, 'Soup at Hand', Creamy Tomatoe". It's quick, easy, and light. Try not to eat foods that move like sludge through the digestive system.

i don't know about the soup in hand thing, but campbells puts way too much sodium in their can soups.

Well my doctor told me to stay away from fruits and vegetables so i just eat all kinds of meat ( no pork=)..

why stay away from the veggies? if you eat a lot of meat and no veggies, your going to get shitting problems.

Oh thats just what they want you to think. I gave up vegetables and fruits for like three years, and I feel better than ever. (other than that second head growing out of my neck)

I hope you're not serious Artist- you need fruit and vegetables for a healthy balanced diet - you need the vitamins and fiber - you must take a lot of supplements if you are not eating your greens.
