![]() | Doped Up And Executed By Law Texas Gov. Rick Perry signed an executive order requiring all girls in Texas entering the 6th grade to receive a vaccination for some of the viruses that cause cervical cancer. With or with out parental consent, and fresh off the FDA's newly developed vaccines, it will now be administered according to state law. The drug cost about $360 or more. The dosage is three times over a period of 6 months. This will come as a blow to Americans already suffering from lack of affordable health care. It has also been noted that Judges in the U.S. can order parents to give their children controversial drugs such as AZT, Ritilan, and other mood altering medication. Parents are medicating their children to avoid Jail time and having their kids taken by Child Protective Services. Ritilan is legally sanctioned speed with severe side affects. Most Antidepressants have a side affect called Mania, which is exactly what is sounds like, causing the host to act out violently. The FDA, however, is not in complete support of these new laws. They are warning schools, and care givers to watch for increased signs of self mutilation and self destructive behavior. These signs are a side affect that can and often do have a deadly outcome. This new law was issued due to a 2002 bill that was passed which allows DHS complete control over the usage and administration of pharmaceuticals. The bill also allows for a potentially deadly smallpox vaccine to be given against the will of the recipient. It gives DHS authority for detainment and quarantines of entire cities. This bill allowes for DHS to extend a declaration of Bio-Terrorism Emergency indefinantly and protects the department from any civil or criminal liabilities caused by harmful reactions to vaccinations administered. Some argued this bill was unethical and unconstitutional and a glorified population control bill. That bill was passed, and is seem now they are going to employ their rights. |

![]() | Re: Doped Up And Executed By Law Ok there's the facts, now heres my opinion. Why is it evil deeds are always covered with a seemingly good thing. Yes we need protection from bad viruses, no quarintine is not the answer, and certainly not innoculation by force. It sounds to me that the US patriot act makes human kind give up our right to live, for the greater good . Whats left over??? I thought the greater good WAS human kind ..... I'm moving to Mars.... |

I hope this decision is made by a medical practitioner and passed onto the judge instead of judges having the right to administer drugs without medical consent. receive a vaccination for some of the viruses that cause cervical cancer If the parents have to pay the bill then they should be able to make decisions on there children's health. Obviously this brings up the topic of gross negligence to save a few hundred dollars. Which is why, if the government wants the vaccine to be mandatory then they should fit the bill. |
