I think it look's awful, including the interior; which is odd to since this is Audi we are talking about. What's up with the chromed alloy's lately, Audi trying to force a comeback?

I don't know if i like the side profile but as usual we will get a new depressively boring audi.

I'm not too fond of this. Apart from the nice AUDI design cues, I don't like this design. The rear looks too weird. I think Infinity were able to do a better job at designing crossover-coupe than AUDI...which is just plain weird.

This is what we know as "Q3" although it won't be named Q3 for production.

The Audi Cross Coupé quattro concept from the 2007 Shanghai Auto Show is significant for several reasons. First, it shows a continued evolution of the Audi design schema, further emphasizing the sans cross-bar look of the trademark Audi grille. The wheels, though mirror-chrome, seem to harken back to the forged rally 5-spoke design of the '80s from Fuchs.

More imortantly, the study likely hints strongly at the so-called upcoming "Q3" compact SUV. The concept's "compact" classification, transverse engine layout and Haldex all-wheel drive system point towards usage of the corporate A-platform shared with cars like the TT, A3 and upcoming Volkswagen Tiguan compact SUV.

Rumors about the "Q3" have been that it will be more coupe-like compared to the Tiguan, in order to differentiate the Audi that much more from the VW and Audi's own confirmed mid-sized SUV the Q5. Likely, the concept's aggressive coupe-like fastback roofline are either a sign of things to come with the "Q3" or the company's way of guaging public tastes for the slanting shape.

When it does come to market, don't expect it to retain the "Q3" moniker, as we understand usage of the Q designation beyond Q5 and Q7 is not condusive to Audi's settlement with Infiniti over ownership rights to the letter.

I don't know what to make of this one. Production Audi's always look better in my eyes than the concepts... maybe if it was in a nice, dark shade and with normal alloys instead of the horrible chrome jobs, it might actually look rather nice.

agreeed, the sigh profile especially toward the back looks soo awkward. the front bumper is also too messy, tho i like the trapezoid-shaped front light.
