Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Versace revealed

Lamborghini today at the Paris Motor show unveiled the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 Versace — a special edition version of the new LP640 Murcielago. Like the regular LP640, this car is powered by a 6.5-litre V12, longitudinally mounted behind the driver. The Versace edition features a customized all-white exterior and a matching white interior.

When I saw the title I thought it would be some gaudy coloured lambo ornamented with medusa heads and gold outline, but this is actually pretty good. If they keep the numbers down, this could be a collectors item.

It's stylish and trendy.

BTW i don't like the instrument panel of the Murcie, it looks dated or something, they should replace it with something modern.

But didn't they just update it in the LP640? The background lighting used to be green, remember? Now it's white.

This car is hot! The only thing is why did it have to be white...i mean c'mon...it's a lambo it should be way more flashy than that. On the other hand, I do agree with Yannis though, that instrament panel needs to be updated. It doesn't look like it belongs on a 300+k car...

It is very much like that B/W Versace design for the jet interior.

I'm not a huge fan of the Versace style. It's too showy and self-conscious for me ...but I'm sure there are many people who would love a Lamborghini with a Versace interior.

I agree it looks good but a 'Versace' limited edition on a car that will only sell in very limited numbers anyway seems to downgrade it. Special editions are usually there to shift old stock or get some media exposure on a model range - I don't think the LP 640 needs any help on either front.
