I was very tempted to get that K800i but didn't, because of that joy-stick. It is the weakest part on many SE. It will gather dust and after a few months you need to do a motion 4 times before it reacts. Why they did not use the same solution like they did with the K610i I don't know. But those buttons on the K800i, ideal phone.

I agree completely, I had reservations about the joystick as well... But I change my phone every 2 years, so my dad told me not to bother about it.

haha, well I try to do 3 years with every phone. But this one will be difficult. The fact that it doesn't work 100% combined with just the amount of phones that arrive every month, that's hard for a spineless dude like me

I started a topic about the N95, forgetting this one, so I'll continue here. My eye fell on another PDA: HTC P3300. this one really is on the nr 1 spot of my list right now.

Re: Off topic thread of the day: Mobile phones

Wow, it's one slick PDA. I like the cool white light-up buttons and the wheel. HTC is the manufacturer for most PDAs in the market right now, including Dopod, the iPaq and even O2... You can't go wrong with this one.

Re: Off topic thread of the day: Mobile phones

Just got a nokia 8800 Sirocco Edition yesterday to replace my k750i which died at a very young age. Not feature laden and with a very very average battery life...but just look at it.

It was either this or the N80...this time my heart won over.

It's a remake of the old 8800 - this Sirocco is one stylish number. Frills doesn't matter in this phone.

Re: Off topic thread of the day: Mobile phones

although technically that nokia is awsome, I just can't get over the size. it's just too big.
btw, my new phone, P3300 still the phone to go for. Not out yet though here in Belgium, but it looks like nothing else will beat it for me.
