However, the marriage of a - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER with speakers and - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER, well... that's a new one. Still, that's exactly what LG's patent application for this "Home appliance with MP3 player" is asking for. Of course, we have to question the sanity of integrating audio playback into a device we prefer to tuck away from sight due its excessive noise and mess. However, sanity and - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER applications are seldom synonymous. As such, we'll take it that LG is just hedging their future bets on this one. You know, just in case they need a dubious source of revenue in tough financial times. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: The LG iPod dock also washes clothes Is this a joke? Who will feel the need to listen to music from their washing machine while it is rumbling away? The vibration forces will destory the mp3 hardware and the noise generated from the machine will be loud enough to overpower these speakers. Most laundry are small so the noise from the washing machine will be bouching around the close walls, not a great place for people to listen to their MP3. Are we moving towards the ultimate techno gadget era where engineers and scientist combine everything we need into 1 device? This reminds me of the MB R-class. It tries to do everything at the same time and failed, i fear this LG iPod dock thingy will follow a similar fate. |
