Baller Stuff

Okay i made this thread to add an extra attraction to this site..
As i know many ppl on GCZ like to see and discuss expensive stuff..

So feel free to post seriously exclusive stuff here.. all from cigarrs to cars..whatever you please..

Ile get us started with a couple of crazy items..

.....................

There are so many headphones out there to choose from, but these ones are far and above the best. They are the Edition 9 S-Logic headphones by German company Ultrasone. Created for music industry professionals, they are among the most sophisticated–and their $1,500 price tag reflects it. The black chrome-plated ear-cups, padded with dark gray leather, have a wide frequency range (8 to 35.000 hertz). Leave it to German engineering to come up with these uber-hi-tech babies. Read all about them at http://www.ultrasone.com/.
........................

Be the first one in the building to have your own personal Energy Pod in your office. It’s from MetroNaps, a company that claims to “enhance workforce productivity through mid-day napping equipment and education.” The EnergyPod is an elegant yet simple device that counters the problem of employee workday fatigue. It’s designed for power napping at work! And even if you don’t have time to take a nap, this thing is just plain cool. It looks like something out of 2001 A Space Odyssey. Each EnergyPod is equipped with built-in music loaded onto an internal memory card. Sound is played through either built-in Bose speakers or headphones. Sweet midday dreams!
........................

Go wherever you want to go and still have a great place to work with the iGo minimalist desk for your Mac. This uber-designed, uber-sleek invention squeezes and swivels into any space you want. Feel like working next to the window? You’re there. Or you want to go outside on the deck. That works too. This thing is an ergonomic work of art with adjustable everything, including a turntable to swirl your Mac around 360 degrees so you can share your ideas with anybody in the room. There’s a halo lamp included, so you can work in the dark if you want. And lots of cool accessories to keep you updated. To order the iGo desk, just go to http://www.raindesigninc.com/igo.html.
.......................

PS
That powernap thing is pathetic.. as is the desk.. it looks unpractical..
but the earphones.. they could be something nice to have lying around

Re: Baller Stuff

Honestly, I'm not into material possessions - Ipod, Iphone and etc, mean nothing to me. That's not to say that I've haven't got a few expensive desires though.

I'd love to have:

Anyone remember that insane HI-FI stereo system that Luw posted on GCZ (can't find it now..)? It was big, black and awesome. One of those please!

993 Turbo S

One of these..

Can't think of anything else at the moment..

I'm not sure if you would consider these to be "Baller" Artist -- but I like them.

Re: Baller Stuff

HAHA lol rob.. i just used baller cause its funny to me..but you get my point..expensive and cool stuff..

just post it here..

here are some kick ass shoes

There are certain things a man buys once his net worth begins to equal–or excel–his expectations. These include, in no particular order, a weekend place, the sports car he always had his eye on, a couple of cases of his favorite Bordeaux, season tickets, maybe a good fly rod and at least one really nice pair of shoes. If he is feeling particularly indulgent, perhaps he’ll go to A. Testoni, where the average price for a pair of shoes is $1500. _Family-owned, headquartered in Bologna, Italy, and widely known for its classy array of leather goods, A. Testoni got started with men’s shoes way back in 1929. Among the company’s many finely crafted shoe collections is the Amedeo Testoni line (named for the company’s founder), which features soles hot-stamped with feather images indicative of their light weight. Comfortable, flexible and crafted through Norwegian, Tyrolese and Rapid construction techniques, these Norvegese shoes offer workmanship of the type typically found on hiking boots, with natural seams and showy hand-woven twine. Available at fine retailers, such as Neiman Marcus, and A. Testoni boutiques worldwide. Visit the site and see the luxurious kicks for yourself at http://www.testoni.com/en/home.php.
