![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Maybach loses its roof Well, just having a closer look at this image. You can see that it's a photoshop job, because the pattern on the steps just above the first row of seats is identical to another part of the steps. But nonetheless,... it is an awesome looking car...!! Hopefully there'll be real pictures of it soon. ![]() |

![]() | Re: Maybach loses its roof Yeah it definitely is a chop. As you said BeeMerBoi it really looks good, but the RR Phantom convertible is just WOW! I hope that they'll make it happen! ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Maybach loses its roof I think it's awesome. The lines of the Maybach 57 mesh well with this convertible concept. Problem is - I'll believe it when I see it. Even if these guys are the undisputed experts of chopping cars - the kind of craftsmanship invloved to get a specimen working on a level that's satisfactory with the price of entry and conversion will be difficult to achieve. Color me skeptical, but if they could pull if off it'd be bad-ass. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Maybach loses its roof I think they should pursue a Maybach 57 Drop-top because we're seeing RR developing the Corniche, so there surely will be a market for it. I wonder just how much attention Maybach is paying to the Corniche in terms of a response. |
