Maybach loses its roof - Page 2

Well, just having a closer look at this image. You can see that it's a photoshop job, because the pattern on the steps just above the first row of seats is identical to another part of the steps.

But nonetheless,... it is an awesome looking car...!! Hopefully there'll be real pictures of it soon.

Yeah it definitely is a chop. As you said BeeMerBoi it really looks good, but the RR Phantom convertible is just WOW! I hope that they'll make it happen!

the profile look better on the Cabrio. The front and rear is still horrible.

i think its insane... they are great convetible makers.... all th ecars look perfect.... its an incredible job, with lots of thought into it. great detail.

That's a great PS, the MM looks really hot in that picture!

And those 65 rims look awesome!

that is a photo shop for sure.... even the coupe phantom's...

they put the idea out ...and hope some owner is actualy going to do it...

i have never seen anything to prove they have done this conversion to these types of cars....

they should be called Gaddani idéa's

any way i would give my car to these people who have had more experiance...with converting cars....to open top

I know there is the loss of rigitity, but man, those roll hoops look STUPID!

I think it's awesome. The lines of the Maybach 57 mesh well with this convertible concept.

Problem is - I'll believe it when I see it. Even if these guys are the undisputed experts of chopping cars - the kind of craftsmanship invloved to get a specimen working on a level that's satisfactory with the price of entry and conversion will be difficult to achieve.

Color me skeptical, but if they could pull if off it'd be bad-ass.

I think they should pursue a Maybach 57 Drop-top because we're seeing RR developing the Corniche, so there surely will be a market for it.

I wonder just how much attention Maybach is paying to the Corniche in terms of a response.
