Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

The Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG sets a new standard in the sporty off-roader segment. The new top-of-the-range M-Class model goes straight to the top of the competitive line-up with its 510 hp AMG 6.3-litre V8-engine. This new off-roader developed by Mercedes-AMG stands for sportiness and dynamism at the highest level, while its exclusive appointments meet even the most demanding requirements. The ML 63 AMG celebrates its world premiere at the 61st International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt, and will be launched in the UK in summer 2006.

Re: Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

This SUV is a real killer. Does anyone know how much it cost, more than the Cayenne Turbo?

Re: Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

Expect a price of about $80,000 when the ML63 goes on sale in 2006.

Re: Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

Wow that don't so bad compared to the Cayenne turbo which cost more than $100 000, but again it is a Porsche.

Re: Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

I don't know...it doesn't appeal to me. It doesn't even look that good to me in the new AMG body kit. I'm a big fan of the new W164 M-Class, but the ML63 AMG IMO is total overkill. I would rather get an ML320 CDI, which does 0-62 in under 9 seconds and still gets good mileage. I don't need a performance SUV when SUV's in my mind aren't supposed to be "that sporty". Just my 2 cents.

Re: Mercedes Benz ML63 AMG

Why make it so bland.... It really isnt standing out in comaprison with the ML500, they should have put more effort into amking it sporty looking and different. Why put the 63amg in this truck, for what?

I have said it before and I'll say it again. The new ML lack character and is in my eyes nothing more than a new ML.
