Becoming an Atheist doesn't have got anything to do with me disliking Islam, it is more that I don't beleive in god. It all doesn't really make sense. If god is the most powerful person/phenomenon and is also the kindest then why are there so many evil things in this world. Just look at the millions of children who are born in povety and die becasue they can't get their hand on food or water. Some people say that al the bad things in the world is the work of Satan aka the beast. If you look at the world from the same perspective as me the world isn't perfect and there are equally as many bad things as there are good. So if Satan is equally as strong as good than it automatically becomes worthless to worship God since he apparently isn't the strongest one out there . You with me? |

![]() | Re: Ramadaan Mubarak! Good and bad are the creation of God, you find poverty, sickness, all sorts of bad things, this is to test the people who can help. who can change sickness and povery. If we were to live in a perfect world where all people are equal, whats the point of living? Dont you believe people were born for a reason? What about death? Is that it? I live for 40,50,70 years and then what? What happens? Do you believe in life after death? If not, what happens after death? We as muslims believe in life after death, eternal life, how you were during life, is what decides your fate of going to either Heaven or Hell. Ill tell you about my aspirations and dreams I want to be successful in banking, corporate banking to be precise, but once im dead? would that matter? No, what matters are the good deeds you did during your life time . |

I don't think that hell or haven has a meaning and I don't think that a poor child cares about if her parents are in hell or heaven, all the child wants is to be with her parents. If you ask me I think that all that matters is that we are here. Efter thing that happens after life doesn't have an importance since there is nothing more precious or wonderful than life itself. The other thing was also that I don't feel like I need religion to guide me through life. | |

Let's say hell and heaven didnt exist, then what happens after death, if there was no point after our creation then I would say why bother create us. God didnt create us for the pleasure of it. Would you work for an organization where you wont excel in your career, get promoted, or even get paid? I dont think so, you go to work for a reason, self-actualization + money, both of which are important. Which does mean you dont work for free ![]() Please lets try not to get things heated up here because thats what happens in most religious conversations in forums, whether it was Chrisitianity, Islam, or whatever. ![]() EDIT: Cars are made to be driven, raced, modified, turbo'ed, the Nurburgring is made to host races, have public track days, give an opportunity to companies to try out their cars ![]() Everything is made for a reason. ![]() | Re: Ramadaan Mubarak! God bless u Gorilla, My English isn’t that good but I'll try my best, u talked about those millions who suffer, well that is how life is everything has to be balanced I mean people them selves aren’t perfect you might have some qualities that I don’t and the other way around, some people have money some people don’t some have good health some others don’t, am sure u wont find anyone who has a perfect life everybody has something missing no matter what. So back to Islam, Islam sets regulations for the humans life because there must be something to follow or lead you through your life, otherwise life becomes a mess like what's happening these days everyone is against everyone, no one cares for no one, you cant even trust anyone anymore, but still there are many good people and that’s what makes life go on, so if your concerned about poverty and people who suffer that’s a good thing but what are going to do about it, in Islam "Zakah" is required from the people its like a percentage taking out from Moslems money every year, and given to the people in need, that not all but Islam encourages it people to help every person in need, did you know that in a time in the past when Moslems were really Moslems there was no poverty what so ever in the Islamic state, not a single person in need why ? Because they were truly Moslems, whom went by Islam in all aspects of their lives. Okay that’s what I wanted to say I guess, I don’t have that much knowledge or the language, but I tried . |
