| Re: Honda S2000 CR @ 2007 New York Auto Show found this on the net. S2000 Type R, wonder if it is it, under the CR name. - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER I will do the translating. Basically it says the the Type R has the aircon and sound system removed, the convertable top will be replaced by a fixed carbon fibre hardtop. Variouse engine parts will be forged to reduce weight and increase strength. Brakes are upgraded, a mechanical LSD will be added, racing type adjustiable suspension and light weight Type R wheels will complete the package. Weight will be reduced by 100kg and the engine will produce 260Hp. There will be 2 colours to choose from, yellow and white. - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER |

| Re: Honda S2000 CR @ 2007 New York Auto Show You hate their engine and tranny? Honda has been praised constantly for their engines and their transmission. Honda's manual trans missions are regarded as some of the best in the industry. Just look at the 6spd on the S2k and how many journalists have praised that transmission. Man...You confused me...explain please. ![]() |
