![]() | Re: Mitsubishi at 39th Tokyo Motor Show - WCF Yeah, checked out these pics at WCF just a bit ago. Interesting.. It doesn't look so modern to me as much as art deco - something from the 20s maybe. All the geometric shapes and the aeas with lots of lines in bold forms.. and brushed metal and black materials (likely plastic). A striking look, for sure, and although I'm not that keen, I'm glad that a mainstream (admittedly this is a concept for the performance version) compact Japanese car could potentially have something more than a beancounter regulated plastic interior. |

Whole interior could use a make over... i know they are trying to keep it plain and simple for weight issues, but c'mon, thats just out right bland and nasty. |

With the next generation Subaru's looking like clowns, Mitsubishi might be able to get some "respect" which they IMO deserve. Now please restyle the UGLYASS Galant! ![]() |

It have more och less looked the same for about 10 years now. I hope the production model won't be too stripped down and please make us an interior that deserves to be touched. |

![]() | Re: Mitsubishi at 39th Tokyo Motor Show - WCF If you mean the American Galant, Mitsubishi Australia were looking for a replacement for our ageing local large car, the Magna, and modified the Galant. IMO it looks much better. ![]() ![]() - ONLY REGISTERED AND ACTIVATED USERS CAN SEE ALL LINKS - CLICK HERE TO REGISTER Still, the smaller and sleeker Japanese/European(?) Galant was even better looking. But this Lancer in disguise should be about the same size. I hope they also make more affordable versions for everyone else as well. I'm just hoping they don't water down the design too much to cut costs. |
