Hey Lu,

The first pictures were of the Central building at BMW's Leipzig plant.
Most of the photos were of the Phaeno Science Centre in Wolfsberg, Germany.

Zaha Hadid was born in Iraq in 1950, she lives and works in London.

It took Hadid many years before somebody was finally brave enough to actually commission and construct one of her radical buildings - that was the a private fire station built in 1993 for Vitra, a Swiss office furniture manufacturer at their factory in Germany. Since then she has become world renowned and is currently one of the superstars of contemporary international architecture.

The Bergisel Ski Jump, Innsbruck, Austria.

Hotel Puerta America in Madrid, Spain

The Rosenthal Centre for Contemporary Art, Cincinnati, USA

Oh my - those photos are amazing Roberto - I like how the way colours and lighting makes for a completely different atmosphere altogether.

Does it also remind you of this?

When I look at that Wally motor yacht, I can also see abstract parallels with the house Luwalira posted at the beginning of this thread - there is a common aesthetic at play here.

Great shots notic - Gehry's buildings are so fascinating. I honestly got chills looking at those pictures - for me this is pure sculpture ....truly wonderful.

Yeah the thing cruises at 60 knots and has a max speed of 70 knots. It's construction incorporates many composites including carbon fiber as well.

I remember Top Gear having a thing about that boat. They said that owner would also probably drive a Zonda F, which coincidentally also uses carbon fiber.
