LOL ..man this thread gets around. Just when I understood why it had been moved from this section to the design concepts section ...it's back in this "off Topic" section again

Re: Coolest home ever?

I though I share some picture of this 15 million dollar mansion which I'm very fond of. I love the mediterranean design, garden and front yard. Not to mention the view. I would love to live in a very similar but smaller house. For you who wonder it is located in Connecticut.

Re: Coolest home ever?

Nice mansion Lu ..but to be honest, although the location is wonderful, the style of the house is not really to my taste ..neither was the one Tycoon posted.

This one on Cap Ferrat is far more what I like.

..or this one on Cap d'Ail is very beautiful too.

Re: Coolest home ever?

Thanks Luwalira ...I don't know why they didn't show before.

Here's a rather nice place for sale in Kensington Palace Garderns, London for 18.5 million USD --GULP -- central London real estate is outrageously expensive.

Sorry Roberto, I did a mass-move of threads based on a 'design' search to the new "Concepts and Design" section, and when I saw threads like 'new objects' I added 'objet d'art' to the description to try to expand from car designs to designs in general.
Then I found this thread and moved it back to off-topic since it did not seem to fit in that description (my bad).

.. now having found this thread I would not like to lose it in the sea of off-topic threads and perhaps allow it to expand so I'm creating a new sub-section under Off-Topic for Real Estate (at least temporary like all the 'special interest' ones) and give it a chance to become popular (and once again sorry for moving this thread once more ).

Here is another London house, it is no.1 Cornwall Terrace in Regents Park ..this is a famous building.

It is situated at the end of [the building] Cornwall Terrace. This is a very grand house.

Re: Coolest home ever?

Roberto, I've always imagined you living in one of these houses with your tastes and style... An European with a collection of exotic cars as well as antique cars set in a lush mansion with sweeping greenery... Am I right?

LOL ...actually my personal taste is not quite as grandiose as I might sometimes give the impression.
