Despite its age of 40 years I think it is an extraordinary building. It is pretty clear that the architecture was given more of less free hands and I love the reesult. Most people would categorise the building as being modern but I think of it as deconstructive in the sense that the building is ilogical and in some sense, a waste. Where is it located?
