Feeling ashamed while saying this...:

Smoked for 18 years, 2-3 packs every day, quitted several months ago after i was let know that i have to do lungs surgery...

Will never again, that's for sure.

There's no need to feel ashamed dude. There's little doubt that it can be a very hard habit to break. My father has yet to quit and has been smoking for 30 years.

Thankfully, he hasn't contracted anything just yet...Gets checked out quite often...But he really, really needs to quit.

Today marks the least amount of sleep I've had in months. I seem to have contracted the flu.

Went to sleep at 8:00pm and then woke up at 12:00am... And then decided I'd stay up because I could not stand trying to sleep with my throat bothering the hell out of me. Thankfully, it's only my throat, and not a full-out stomach flu... Still pretty damn bad though.

It's bad enough that you have to inhale the second hand smoke from people on the streets here, especially schoolgirls. There's a school near my house where a lot of 14-17 year olds go. I agree i'm still in school and most of the girls in my year smoke, but if they get caught they get excluded..
