No amount of anti smoking campaign will stop the folks in Japan from smoking. I don't know about Spain.

I'm actually surprised to see America and UK not on that list.

Well it's consuption per head... I guess we have a lot of heads in the US to bring down the average

Japan has been one of the top smoking countries for years and the Southern European countries have always been more smoking-friendly than the northern ones.

I was actually surprised how strict the new smoking law is in Italy.
