This is not funny, this is scary lol.

I believe this was a result of one or more of the following:

a) Either this guy was involved in a dare, where he was dared to do something hideous to his car.

b) He was encouraged by a couple of his friends which means there are more maniacs wandering on this planet trying to mutate those cars.

c) This car was the result of a graduation project at some design technology or art school.
