Danish Army

First deliveries were in 1985 and more than 1.300 have been put in service. Currently the Danes are taking delivery of up to 1.000 270CDIs. A number of 290 GDs and 300 GDs have also been used.

Dutch Army

Singapore Army

It is used in soft-top truck configuration and is known as a 1.5-tonner to its users. The Army also deploys the extremely short-wheelbase, soft-top version for its Colonels, Battalion COs, Brigade and Division Commanders as personal field transports.

Swiss Army

The king of swaziland also owns 2 G500 Cabriolet Versions and 1 G55 AMG(Non-supercharged)...

They are also in service in the Bulgarian army. I believe they were purchased in 2005 but I am not certain about the exact number.
It is amazing how much success the G has as a military vehicle around the world…

the saudi army and the national gaurd and the royal gaurd use diffrent types of the G also...

ive seen some that are very heavily armoured and have big 50 calibre guns on them...

It's not like WWII was yesterday... And come to think of it a good amount of police precincts purchase BMW motorcycles. Can't really blame'em, those Harleys they used to get were utter garbage.
