BMW made a simulation and it shows their current BMW-Sauber F1.06 would clock 5.15 min.

I doubt an F1 car's suspension would even survive the Nordschliefe, let alone get around it in just over 5 minutes.

No, the suspension wouldn't survive. That's why they did a simulation rather than actually doing it.
