I am quite sure it is going to be a proper circuit. Having lived in Delhi and knowing the conditions of its road, I cannot imagine it being a street circuit. The Olympic Association President has also mentioned that its going to be a F1 track and a new stadium.

I really hope this won't be a new shitty and uninspiring circuit like bahrein and china, Tilke must do something as good as turkey.
