I don't think you'll be seeing a RWD Saab anytime soon. They will produce more AWD models in the future to compete more directly w/ Audi. I can only hope that Volvo follows suit.

Saab has always gone strong on FWD, their only RWD car ever was the Sonett. BMW is the only brand smart enough to offer it on all models. Everybody should follow BMW's exampel

That's where you're wrong my freind. Top brass at GM has created a five year turn around plan for Saab that entails a HUGE financial investment. I'm also happy to say that Saab cars will be engineered by GM Europe and share platforms w/ those cars.
