![]() ![]() | Re: ferrari 600 I don't really like the front of that car... it doesn't look as cutting edge as the other cars in the range. It's just a bit too bubbly at the front. And as for the back don't even get me started. The car is missing 2 more tailights. If the car was anything close to the 456 (I think one of my favorite Ferraris) I would love it |

So which model does this Ferrari 600 replace? - sorry if that is a stupid question - I just can't work it out. | |

![]() | Re: ferrari 600 Roberto, this car is the replacement for the 575 Maranello, and it's the ugliest ferrari by far today if u ask me. The rear end looks like the bastard son of a Bentley GT and a Hyundai coupe. Or just maybe Bangle had a hand in it ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: ferrari 600 Some comparison pictures: 3/4 front ![]() ![]() Side ![]() 3/4 rear ![]() I'm not thrilled/excited or very disappointed. I think it's ok. It seems like the new car doesn't has that much of a muscular appearance like the 550/575 does in the pictures but instead more dynamic and round. Personally I'm not very fond of the new rim on the Ferrari 600, I like the normal five spokes more. I'm still not sure whether it will be as special as its predecessor. The predecessors of the 550/575. 512 TR ![]() 512 BB ![]() |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: ferrari 600 Man, this is why I just love the internet. Great find YoUhimhER... where'd you scoop this from? Or have I just missed the bus altogether? A new Ferrari is always such a special event! Even if they do look a little controversial. My opinion on this? Well it's certainly no classic beauty: it's not nearly as graceful as the outgoing 575M nor does it have the classic lines of its Vanquish competitor... ... but, I like this car. It's intriguing. Lots of 612 DNA I might - rather redundantly - add. I'm no fan of the 612 after seeing it in the tin but I feel that the 600 has a little better proportion. Love the curvy rear windshield flanked by overstyled Ferrari buttresses. Cool. Lots of slashes 'n gashes. Very typical of Maranello these days though some of the vents to appear as if they're a little haphazardly located. The flow and proportion of the rear roofline to bootlid as well as the general profile of the rear haunches is somewhat reminiscent of a 350Z. Nissan might be quitely pleased. The car has an endearing, big-grin smiley face up front that makes the outgoing Maranello's front look quite demure. This one looks cheekily bombastic as to say "Yeah yeah - gimme the road gimme! Where's that M6?" Needless to say, performance and dynamics will raise the bar for the GT supercar genre all over again. A nice day for the motoring world: a new Ferrari. |
