I've been teasing a Ford fanatic on a forum calling it boring  My reasoning: (agree to disagree) Rear from a Galaxy  also has hints of Lexus/Mazda6Front has hints from Lexus GS series but also heaps of Mazda influence. Finally it will sell and become a figment in the crowd within a month BTW I have see it in flesh at MIMS so I do have 1st hand experience  ps Passat maybe boring and conservative but thats how I like it |

If Ford bought this over it would make the Fusion irrelevant, I know which one I'd want. I don't know why Ford's U.S. execs won't give us a Euro themed car like this. The rear end looks a bit flat and it ends too suddenly. I am not a fan of the interior design as well. It just doesn't have that premium look of other eurpoean cars. It has far too many buttons and odd shapes |

I guess I'm going to have to keep the Vectra for three more months until June (new Mondeo will arrive in Britain in June) and compare this new Mondeo to the Passat. |
