I don't think it's real. Look at the "4 matic" badge, it's a little crooked. MB will never put it on that side of the car - that's just too much badging.

The old E-Class Touring W210 looks so monumentally ugly, that makes even the R-Class look bold and sexy.

That might be a bogus vehicle, but Mercedes did build a short run of W210 E55 4Matics in Germany only.
