![]() | Re: E class servicing (w211) The car has two brake wear sensors one 50% and the other is the replace sensor. When it gets to the 50% sensor it makes a note and the calculates when the brakes will be worn. So if you hit the 50% sensor at 10k the car call up the check brakes code for the next service at 20k. The car does not know if the rotors are ok or not, it just saying to check the pads. If the brakes are replaced and the computer is not reset then it thinks the brakes are still low. |
