![]() ![]() | Carr "IT doesn't matter" Today we saw an article about nicholas carr in class where he says IT and software became a commodity, something one can buy but doesn't have to know how it's made or how it should be used. Many of you probably know about this article and have different opinions about the subject as did many before you when the article came out in 2003. I'd like to know your opinion. Has IT become something you can buy and use, or do you need a special expertise to get more out of it and does the purchase of a package guarantee success or not.
