| Re: Iwc Ingenieur Cls55 I like, it is very different thats for sure. Mercedes and their many paint/leather colors. They're getting to be like Maserati or Bentley, well almost. I'd like to see them bring the price down on the Designo stuff and even offer some of these different leather colors as regular choices, especially on the higher end stuff from like the CLS on up. There is another MB board out there that I'm sure some of you know about, MBworld.org. Mainly U.S. members though. They really have so much MB stuff to the point I can't even keep track of it all. I see there is a member there (Evolution Marin) that has a CLS55 with the AMG performance package. It looks awesome: I'm noticing Mercedes is slowly but surely going back to the exclusive with some of their cars by offers really unique packages that make their cars feel more custom than they have in the recent past. The CLS is one such car. This is where MB, BMW's Individual and Audi's Quattro GmBh groups make their cars special compared to Japanese luxury cars. All three need to step up the availability and bring down the price on some of these wonderful options. M Last edited by Merc1; 01-03-2006 at 01:19 AM. |
