I don't know if it's just me, but I always like the rims MB puts on their cars. It bugs me when people switch rims from one model to another. I've seen a W220 with a W211 rims, a W140 with W220/W221 rims, and a W211 with W220 rims. They all look awkward.

Really Yaz? I find the rims to be one of the weakest areas of MB design. They're always just so staid and unimaginative. And then they charge you an absolute fortune to upgrade to a decent MB rim (I'm not a fan of fitting cars with parts not from the manufacturer). BMW on the other hand make great looking rims almost always.

You are right Muhamed, they are unimaginative and very conservative ...they look soooo entry-level. This is a CL class afterall, not a B class ...the standard rims should be worthy of the car. But if you like them Yaz, good for you

Everyone, who will buy a CL should have the money to buy better looking rims! Poor CL - you don't deserve to get these bad standard-rims.

Sorry guys, but it looks like Mercedes stole an old redesign of the Chrysler Sebring. It looks more Dodge than Benz.

From another thread: "The rear is quite nice even though I have that nagging feeling I've seen it somewhere before..."

The Toyota Solara, that's where.
